Job Title: Commercial Door/Hardware Installer

Job Brief: The Commercial Door/Hardware Installer will move parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another.

Job Starting Location: various jobsites in and around the Denver/Metro area
Position Type: Full Time. Must be flexible to work over 40 hours when needed.
Job Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Compensation: $20-30 per hour based upon experience
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Edge Construction Specialties is seeking dependable, reliable, safety focused individuals for commercial door and hardware installations on our commercial construction projects.

Essential Job Duties


  • Understanding plans, diagrams

  • Work orders and written instructions

  • Installing frames, doors (hollow metal, wood, and aluminum), glass and hardware; and the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)

  • Knowledge of construction practices/safety procedures

  • Experience with power and hand tools

  • Medium to heavy lifting (75-125 pounds) will be required


  • Taking initiative to minimize wait times by proactively loading, securing, and unloading your vehicle at each location

  • Willingness to work overtime to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers and our team members

  • Willingness to work in the shop and do other tasks as they arise

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Must be absolutely dependable, punctual, and safe

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation​

Conditional Employment Requirements

Employment with Edge Construction Specialties is contingent upon the following:

• Satisfactory reference checks.

• Completion of a satisfactory background check.

• Completion of a satisfactory MVR driving record check.

• Passing a pre-employment Drug Screen

• Passing a DOT Medical Examination
